How to use AssureAI for bounded, deterministic engineering decisions.
What is AssureAI?
AssureAI is a platform for asset integrity and execution assurance. It combines modular decision systems, engineering toolkits, and AI-assisted analysis so you can make defensible, auditable decisions.
The platform is organized into: a central Dashboard, subscription-based Modules (CPAlert, ExergySubsea, IntegrityPL, IntelliFFS), a library of Toolkits (calculators and workflows), and a Decision Engine for structured integrity decisions.
Roles and access
Guest: Can browse the site, view module and toolkit descriptions, and access public pages. Sign in to run calculations or access subscribed modules.
Engineer: Can use the Dashboard, run toolkits, view reports, and access modules they are granted access to. Cannot manage subscriptions for others.
Client: Same as Engineer, plus can subscribe to modules (e.g. ExergySubsea, IntelliFFS), manage billing, and grant access to Engineers.
Admin: Full access including user management, support tickets, affiliate management, system settings, and analytics.
Getting started
1) Sign in and complete onboarding (company, role, and disclaimer).
2) Select a module or toolkit from the sidebar based on your task.
3) Prepare inputs (asset context, operating envelope, integrity history, constraints).
4) Run the workflow and review outputs before exporting.
Dashboard
Open Dashboard from the sidebar to see credits, usage (toolkit runs, analyses, reports), and subscription status.
Use quick-access links to open Toolkits, Reports, or Pricing. If you have a plan, download receipts and manage your subscription from the dashboard cards.
Reports
Open Reports from the sidebar to see generated reports (toolkit runs, analyses). Filter by type and date.
Each entry shows report type, name, date, and credits used. Use actions to download or view as available.
Pricing and subscription
Open Pricing from the sidebar or dashboard to view plans (ExergySubsea, IntelliFFS, etc.) and subscribe. Optionally enter a Referral code at checkout if you were referred by an affiliate.
Subscription status and renewal are shown on the Dashboard.
Affiliate program
From Account → Affiliates you can join the affiliate program, get a referral link, and set an optional Technical support rate (USD/hour). Admins can assign support tickets to you; log hours and mark resolved to be paid.
Use Payment settings for Credits or Cash and view referral and payout history.
Admin area
Admins see Admin in the sidebar. Overview: platform stats. Users: accounts and roles. Support: create and assign tickets, set hours worked. Other sections: Affiliates, Billing, Analytics, Scenario library, Toolkits, Consultancy, System, Credits.
Support and contact
Use Contact from the footer for general inquiries, technical support, and partnerships.
Admins manage support tickets in Admin → Support. For module-specific help, use that module's documentation or support links.
